This forecast answers the question every aurora photographer asks: "Can I actually see the aurora tonight?" Unlike simple Kp forecasts, we combine NOAA's OVATION aurora model with real-time cloud cover, visibility, and darkness data to predict true viewing conditions.

The Norwegian fjords and Lofoten islands combine aurora photography with the world's most dramatic mountain scenery. From Lofoten's sharp granite peaks to Tromsø's island viewpoints, these locations offer backdrops no other aurora destination can match.
