Troubleshooting

Fix common calendar integration issues to ensure you never miss photography opportunities.

  1. Check token status in PhotoWeather dashboard → Calendar
  2. Copy fresh iCal URL (don’t type manually)
  3. Verify calendar is enabled in your calendar app settings
  4. Force refresh your calendar (pull down on mobile, or use refresh menu)
  5. Wait 15-30 minutes for initial sync
  1. Check device timezone is set correctly
  2. Verify calendar app timezone matches your location
  3. Turn off timezone override in calendar settings if enabled

Most calendar apps will display in your current timezone by default.

  1. Remove all PhotoWeather subscriptions from your calendar
  2. Wait 5 minutes for sync to clear
  3. Re-add with fresh URL from dashboard

Only subscribe to the same feed once.
